Gourmetsiru Red Bean Bingsu Cream Injeolmi (Sweet Rice Cake Coated with Soybean Powder) *Bingsu (Snow Ice Dessert)


This sweet and wholesome injeolmi is made by kneading Korean glutinous and non-glutinous rice flour, then pounding them for chewy texture. The rice cakes are then stuffed with a milk filling and sweet red bean paste. The dessert is also coated with soybean powder.

Saimdang’s rice cakes are made wholesome with carefully selected quality ingredients. We do not use any synthetic additives such as palm oil-based whipping cream. We substituted brown sugar with muscovado for a healthier product.



Made with dairy whipping cream, the velvety filling tastes delightfully satisfying. The chewy texture and the fragrance of the soybean powder add to the depth of the rich milk flavor. It's not too sweet or strong. Recommended for kids and adults alike.
