Features

This sweet and wholesome injeolmi is made by kneading Korean glutinous and non-glutinous rice flour, then pounding them for chewy texture. The rice cakes are then stuffed with a milk filling and sweet red bean paste. The dessert is also coated with soybean powder.

Saimdang’s rice cakes are made wholesome with carefully selected quality ingredients. We do not use any synthetic additives such as palm oil-based whipping cream. We substituted brown sugar with muscovado for a healthier product.

    Frozen rice cakes taste best when thawed at room temperature for about 20-30 minutes and eaten cold. The rice cakes may melt when microwaved. Please be sure to thaw naturally.
