Recipe

  • STEP 1 Thaw and Rinse

    Wash all the seafood under running water, then place them in a colander. * Thaw the seafood in the refrigerator before use.

  • STEP 2 Boil

    Bring a large pot of roughly 24oz (700ml, 3 cups) of water to a boil. Add seafood, sauce, and radish, and continue to boil over medium heat for 10 minutes.

  • STEP 3 Serve and Enjoy

    Add the rest of the vegetables. Adjust the amount of cheongyang chili to taste and cook over medium heat for 2 more minutes
