What are the benefits of becoming a MEALTONES member?
If you become a MEALTONES member, you will receive a congratulatory discount coupon and you will receive points every time you purchase a product. Also, you will receive points when you participate events and write product reviews. There are also additional points benefits depending on the purchase amount.

After logging in, you can change your member information on My Page in the upper right corner of our website.

You can reset your password by using the I Forget Password menu at the bottom right of the login screen.

If you want to change the order details, please cancel the existing order and pay again with a new order. Please kindly note that order cancellation is possible only up to the stage of delivery preparation, after which the order cannot be canceled and must be returned.

Partial cancellation is not possible, so please cancel the existing order and proceed with a new order.

If you place an order without logging in, your order will be processed as a non-member. If you order as a non-member, you cannot receive benefits provided to members such as points. After placing an order for non-members, please contact us by e-mail (help@mealtones.com) or by phone (408-217-9101) for order cancellation and other inquiries.

This benefit is only available to Mealltones members. It is provided when a member purchases a product or participates in various events and can be used as a payment method when ordering a product.

Click the get reward button in the reward tab on the bottom of the screen. Click the redeem button that you want and click the apply button to apply the code to your order. It can not be used mixing with other discount coupons for payment.

It is one year from the date on which the rewards is provided. If not used within a year, it will automatically expire.

If you cancel your order, the rewards that you used for payment will also be refunded.

Rewards points are given when the order is paid.

How do the rewards differ depending on the membership level?
Reward point is given at different rates depending on the membership level. Membership level changes depending on the accumulated purchase amount from the first purchase. Membership level has 5 levels: basic, bronze, silver, gold, VIP.
According to membership level. Reward points are given as follows : 5% of the purchase amount for basic,6% for bronze, 7% for silver, 8% for gold, 9% for VIP.
Customers who have not made a purchase in 3 months will be changed to the basic level immediately. The Accumulated purchase amount will be newly counted from the date of level change.
Cancellation and refund orders are not included in accumulated purchase amount.
The expiration date of reward poins is one year from the date on which the reward point is provided. If not used within a year, they wil automatically expire.
There is no reward point for products that have been announced in advance as not eligible for reward points.

In principle, all orders are shipped on the same day. (If orders are placed by 2p.m. PST.)
In the case of One-day delivery orders containing refrigerated or frozen food, shippings are processed only on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. One-day delivery time is 1 or 2 business days of it being received by carrier.
Non frozen food(Standard Delivery) is shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Standard delivery time is 3~5 business days of it being received by carrier.
Local delivery is shipped on from Monday to Friday and delivered in 1~2 business days of it being received by carrier.
Please kindly note that orders may not be shipped on the delivery date announced in our delivery guide in the case of a sudden increase in order volume, circumstances of the courier company, or natural disasters.
(Hawaii, Alaska and Guam are excluded from above conditions.)

One day delivery orders under $159 will be charged $39.
Standard delivery(non-frozen food) orders under $99 will be charged $20
Local delivery orders under $99 will be charged $15 for delivery.
(Hawaii, Alaska and Guam are excluded from above conditions.)

If the delivery status has been suspended for several days, or if you have not received it even though the delivery has been completed, please contact the customer center and we will take care of it promptly.

Is it possible to change the shipping address after placing an order?
It is not possible to change the shipping address after payment because the shipping cost varies by shipping address. If you wish to change the shipping address after payment, please cancel the order and place an order again with right shipping address. If the customer is absent or the customer entered the wrong address when placing the order and delivery is not successful, the customer must bear the shipping cost for re-delivery.

Currently, we do not ship to countries other than the United States.

Shipping to Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska requires a separate fee for safe delivery of the product, so please contact customer service for a separate inquiry.

I would like to exchange or return my order.
Exchanges and returns are possible only within 7 days of receiving the ordered product. For exchange or return requests, please email (help@mealtones.com) or phone (408-217-9101, Monday-Friday 8:00AM-4:30PM (Pacific time), excluding weekends and holidays).
If you receive a damaged product or a product that is different from the product you ordered, we will pay for the full shipping cost. Please note that for exchanges or returns due to a customer's simple change of mind or mistake, the customer must bear the full round-trip shipping cost.
Frozen, refrigerated food, fresh food, and products announced as non-returnable products on sale cannot be exchanged or returned after shipment. Exchanges or returns are not possible even if there is a trace of use by the customer or the value of the product is damaged.

Can refrigerated and frozen foods be returned?
Refrigerated, frozen, and fresh food cannot be resold and cannot be exchanged or returned once shipped. If you receive a damaged product or a product that is different from the one you ordered, we will return it to you at the cost of shipping.
If refrigerated/frozen/fresh food is returned or undelivered due to the customer's absence or incorrect address input, the product will not be refunded once it is disposed of.

If the refund is decided and the payment is canceled, credit card authorization will be canceled, and in the case of PayPal, a refund will be issued.
The time it takes for a refund may vary depending on the circumstances of the credit card company and payment company. If the payment has already been charged and paid, we will deposit and refund to the customer's bank account.

You cannot use coupons in duplicate. They can only be used in case of separate notification.

You can write the review only in 30 days after the product is delivered. You can get reward points per a review. Please write the review and get a reward.
