Mealtones Shipping Policy

Mealtones processes and ships orders on the same day of purchase (excluding public holidays, Fridays, and weekends). Once shipped, deliveries typically arrive at your doorstep within 2 to 5 business days (excluding Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska).

Refrigerated & Frozen Products

  • Shipped via one-day delivery for maximum freshness.
  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM (PST) will be shipped the same day.
  • Shipping days: Monday to Thursday only (excluding public holidays).
  • Estimated delivery: 2 to 3 business days after shipment.
  • To ensure safe delivery, shipments will not be made on weekends or the day before a public holiday.

Shelf-Stable Products

  • Orders placed by 2:00 PM (PST) will be shipped the same day.
  • Shipping days: Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • Estimated delivery: 3 to 5 business days (excluding Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska).

* In order to maintain your shipment’s integrity, our cold chainlogistics do not ship orders that include frozen or chilled products on Friday, weekends and the day before public holidays.

* Orders that cannot be shipped on the same day due to an unforeseen circumstance outside of our control, such as a surge in orders, courier issues, or natural disasters, will be shipped sequentially on the following Monday or the day after the public holiday.

* Please note that we do not take responsibility for unsuccessful delivery attemptsfor the following reasons:

  • mistaken order
  • incorrect address
  • when fresh, chilled, and frozen products are retrieved long after a timely doorstep delivery is made
  • In case of suspected theft.

* Please note that you can only cancel an order before it has shipped.

* We use external courier services for delivery, so shipping is strictly to the registered address. As a result, individual delivery requests (e.g., specifying a particular delivery location, requesting package storage at a specific place, or setting a preferred delivery time) cannot be accommodated.

Mealtones Shipping Information

  • Orders placed on non-shipping days (weekends, public holidays, etc.) or delayed due to high order volume, courier issues, or natural disasters will be shipped sequentially on the following Monday or the next business day after a public holiday.
  • You can track your order status in real time through My Page.

Shipping Fee Information (Excluding Hawaii, Guam, and Alaska)

  • Orders of $169 or more: Free shipping
  • Orders under $169: Shipping fee of $39 applies

REFUND POLICY

You may return new, unopened items within 7 days of receiving for a full refund. Items must be returned in new or unused condition and contain all original materials included with the shipment. Products that have been used will be refused and returned to sender at the sender's expense. If the return is a result of our error, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges. For simple change of mind, the all shipping cost will be charged for returns. Additional guidelines are also noted below.

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable items:

  • Items more than seven (7) days after receiving the product.
  • Refrigerated or frozen Items
  • Items that have signs of use
  • Damaged or Defective Items (If the original item is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, you may receive full refund for these items)
  • Items that are being noticed not exchangeable and refundable on sale

*If the package returns to us due to your absence, we discard the refrigerated or frozen food and any amount of refrigerated or frozen products will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your returned item(s) is approved, we will then process the refund immediately. A credit will be applied to your credit card or other original methods of payment, within 10 business days.

If for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In the event of the cancellation, customers will receive full refunds. We will notify the customers immediately (using the contact information provided by the customer). We are, however, not obligated to obtain permission or acknowledgment prior to the cancellation.

PROMOTIONS AND SALES

Prices listed on our website may change at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for refunding the difference between the sale and original price if your purchase was made outside of the sale/promotional date.

Frequently changing promotions on www.mealtones.com are only valid during the time frame stated, promotions are not valid on previous orders and we are unable to match any of our previous prices.
