Composition

Buckwheat noodles (100g), tsuyu soy sauce (15ml), perilla oil (10ml), perilla powder (4g), seaweed powder (0.7g)

Individually packaged for 1 serving.

Recipe

  • STEP 1 boiling noodles

    Boil the buckwheat noodles in boiling water for 4 to 4 minutes and 30 seconds.

  • STEP 2 rinsing the noodle

    Rinse the boiled buckwheat noodles in cold water several times and remove as much water as possible.

  • STEP 3 adding sauce

    Put the noodles in a bowl, add perilla oil and soy sauce, and mix them all gently. (Tip. Do not add all the soy sauce at the beginning, adjust according to your preference with your taste .)

  • STEP 4 Finishing up

    Sprinkle perilla sesame powder and seaweed powder on the well-mixed noodles.
