· 1 vinegar pouch (0.2oz)
· 1 mustard pouch (0.1oz)



There is no need to have your own condiments ready. The package contains mustard and vinegar.

  • STEP 1 Boil

    Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the noodles and stir slowly for about 90 seconds, so that they don’t stick to the bottom of the pot.

  • STEP 2 Strain and Cool

    Quickly drain in a colander and rinse the noodles in cold water until the noodles are very cold.

  • STEP 3 Combine and Serve

    Place the noodles in a serving bowl and pour the broth over.
