Recipe

  • STEP 1 Defrosting

    Keep the product in refrigerator for defrosting

  • STEP 2 Preparing water

    Get a pot and boil 500ml of water.

  • STEP 3 Putting Ingredients

    Put siraegi and boil, then put defrosted angler with 1/2 of sauce we already provided in the product (add sauce by your preference;control the sauce amount by your preference)

  • STEP 4 Boiling up

    Boil it up at mid/weak fire for another 20 minutes.

  • STEP 5 TIP

    By your preference, you can add bean sprout, minari, chili pepper, green onion, garlic, and onion etc
