Composition

  • STEP 1 Bajirak clam Seaweed Soup (serves 4)

    1)Wash bajirak clam in salt water 2)For 5-7 minutes, put seaweed (20g) into the cold water. 3)Remove water from the seaweed, then cut them in pieces for serving. 4)Spread sesame oil on heated pot/pan, then put our seaweed and bajirak clam and stir fry them, once the bajirak clam opens up then add gukganjang (deep fermented soy sauce) 5)For 2 minutes, put water then boil them and add deep fermented soy sauce or salt for flavor.

  • STEP 2 Seaweed vinegar pickle (serves 4)

    1)Put seaweed (20g) into cold water for 5-7 minutes. 2)Take out the seaweed and put it into a boiling water less than a minute then cut them in pieces for serving. 3)Get cucumber, carrots and slice them. 4)Put them all into sauce and mix them up well, then serve.

  • STEP 3 Seaweed Cold Dish Naengchae (serves 4)

    1)Put seaweed (20g) into cold water for 5-7 minutes. 2)Slice cucumber and onions, and mince up pepper and garlic. 3)Put them all one bowl with sauce and mix them up for 2 minutes. 4)Put water and ice (by your preference, you can add chili pepper powder a little)

  • STEP 4 Seaweed Wrap (serves 4)

    1)Put seaweed (20g) into cold water for 5-7 minutes and take them out and cut them into pieces for serving. 2)Be careful with amount of dried seaweed for it inflates when it goes into water. 3)Seaweed powders are not suitable for wrap, so use them to make soup. 4)By your preference, you can wrap it with meat or sashimi (raw fish meat).
