Geummiok is a small eatery located in Seongsu-dong, Korea. It opened in 2020 with the slogan on its wall, “This is how the original tteokbokki tastes.” Since then, the restaurant has attracted tteokbokki aficionados from all across the country. The name literally means “golden rice house,” which represents our commitment to the highest quality rice.

Recipe

  • STEP 1 Baking dumplings

    Put 5 dumplings in an air fryer pre-heated at 180 degrees and bake for 4 minutes, then flip over and bake for another 5 minutes.

  • STEP 2 Warming the sauce

    While the dumplings are baking, pour 1 seasoned dumpling sauce into a frying pan and heat over medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

  • STEP 3 Tossing the sauce

    Once the sauce is heated, add the grilled dumplings and mix them all well.

만두 자체가 생각보다 커요.
10개 들어있는데 둘이서 먹어도 충분합니다.
양념은 어릴때 먹었던 떡꼬치맛인데 달코하면서도 끝맛이 매콤한게 너무너무 맛있어요.
조만간 한번 더 재구매 할꺼에요.
