It is a fragrant and chewy snack that retains the rich fiber of suruchwi. Recipe

  • STEP 1 Thawing

    If frozen rice cakes are brought out to room temperature, they will automatically defrost in 30 to 40 minutes.

  • STEP 2 When the rice cake hardens

    If the rice cake has hardened, it is delicious to eat by placing it in the microwave for about 30 seconds or frying it in a frying pan with perilla oil.
