Yaktteok', which was presented to the king, was made in a traditional way by mixing domestically produced glutinous rice and suruchwi in a 1:1 ratio. It is a fragrant and chewy snack that retains the rich fiber of suruchwi. It is a snack that takes the health of the person who eats it into consideration as it is filled with bear and suri-chwi grown in the clear and clean nature of Inje.

‘Surichwi’, the king of dietary fiber, grows deep in clean nature, such as in alpine areas and mountain slopes. It is rich in vitamins and contains the most dietary fiber among wild vegetables, so it is a good food for dieting and is also gaining popularity as a medicinal plant.

Recipe

  • STEP 1 Thawing

    If frozen rice cakes are brought out to room temperature, they will automatically defrost in 30 to 40 minutes.

  • STEP 2 When the rice cake hardens

    If the rice cake has hardened, it is delicious to eat by placing it in the microwave for about 30 seconds or frying it in a frying pan with perilla oil.
