  • STEP 1 directions

    stir-fry black barley for about 10 minutes in a frying pan before cooking, the anthocyanin content will increase.

  • STEP 2 Cook rice by mixing white rice and black barley in a ratio of 7:3.

    Add 2L of water to roasted black barley 40 and boil for 10 minutes to make healthy barley tea.

검정보리+가바쌀+귀리 섞어서 불려준 후
솥밥을 지었는데 뚜껑을 열자마자 갓지은
솥밥에 검정보리의 구수한 향이 너무 좋아요.
